Thank you for your commitment to procure items for Elevate’s Annual Fundraiser, Grand Slam 2024 Silent & Live Auction! We truly appreciate your support. We are asking each team to procure an item or curate a themed basket valued at $500 or more for the silent auction.

Donations for the auction can be dropped off at our facility beginning March 30 through May 5th* All items must be entered into our online program prior to drop off. 

What to Donate? A donation can be a service, a basket of themed items, a gift card or certificate, or a fantastic experience/destination opportunity. Unique items, such as a Ken Griffey Jr. Rookie Card or private tour of Climate Pledge Arena, are a humdinger when it comes to auctions. Ask your friends and family, who do you know who has a connection to something that can be a unique item that your friends will be outbidding each other for! Each donation for the auction will need to be submitted via the fundraiser website and dropped off at an Elevate facility no later than May 5th. All donations are tax deductible.

We would be grateful to receive any auction donations in addition to team baskets! Do you have a vacation property? Donate a weekend! How about a restaurant gift card you won't use? Do you know a stylist who would donate a haircut, or a therapist who would donate a massage? No item is too big or too small and it usually is just a simple ask to the people you know. Let us know if you need help with ideas!
